Very flexible schedules. A lot of advancement opportunities. Get to work in fun environment with great people. The money is not bad at all.

Cons

Long hours sometimes 16 plus. Your phone will ring off the hook from the scheduling office. Sometimes you will have to do some crazy cleaning tasks.
