      Pros

      - Great people and culture, always positive and employee-focused - Employees are treated so well, lots of perks to working here - Energetic environment to work in - Always relaxed/fun, never too formal - Tons of training and orientation before you begin working

      Cons

      NO CONS - only minor inconveniences: - Employees must park in a separate garage (BUT you get shuttled over to the casino) - Large place to work in, sometimes it can take awhile to get to your venue of employment since the casino is so big - Employees are not allowed to gamble (even when off-duty), but are encouraged enjoy the rest of the casino activities

      Pros

      Great place to work. Coworkers are friendly and the company was, generally, very accommodating. Wonderful benefits provided to those who were eligible.

      Cons

      Becoming full time was nearly impossible without changing shifts. Point system could be a little bit better. Rude guests were often allowed to continue being discourteous to staff.
