I received the best leadership and customer service training during my 5 years at Mohegan Sun.

Cons

The only negative I had at Mohegan was the different shifts that I worked, it makes it hard to have a simple life. I was in Food & Beverage and I understood that I had to be there when the work warranted me to be there - just some really hard schedules!
