Flexible, 50% home office policy, friendly environment, knowledgable colleagues in engineering, software and medical field. Interesting motivated colleagues, international team.

Cons

Might need to work in the evening with the overseas colleagues.

I can't think of anything other than the toxicity that I was exposed to.

Cons

Highly biased and a lot of favoritism from the upper management. There is no growth or career advancement. They talk a lot about diversity and inclusion, but a lot of discrimination happens based on your gender and race. You will be treated like a slave till you decide to leave on your own. The pay is very very low compared to industry standards and the increment is almost equal to nothing. Extremely toxic environment.
