Cons

Serious deficiency in people management within the finance team. Communication style perceived as intimidating and dismissive. Lack of professional etiquette. High turnover within the team. Leadership behaviour negatively impacting morale and team stability.

Don’t have any to share.

Cons

One of the worst companies to work for. Poor management- only chasing revenue numbers, lack of sympathy, lack of respect. So many people including VPs and Sr directors have left recently. That should tell you a lot about rotten organization. Compensation isn’t as competitive as other companies either. Very rigid structure.
