Pros

Job security, reasonably well paid, nice perks

Cons

micro management with high expectations and no real room to move or be flexible. Managers are over worked and not available. Old boys network for management - women very under represented at senior manager level especially in Europe.

Pros

Great people to work with. Fast paced environment that gave high performers a chance at rising up the cahin

Cons

Leadership led by fear a little too much but not overly. Less structure in some areas that a company of that size should have.
