      - Everyone is very friendly and welcoming to new members - The work environment is not intimidating, they are always happy to answer any questions you may have - I felt very valued as an employee - So many new ideas were being introduced every day and you could tell everyone was passionate about their projects

      - The traffic in the area of San Jose is extremely rough around morning and evening hours
