      Pros

      Great people to work with. Upper management is available to talk whenever.

      Cons

      sinking company. Have not been very profitable recently. Opportunities for growth within are diminishing. Too stressful and spread thin.

      Pros

      The service organization is phenomenal. The leadership on this team is great, and they truly value their employees having a good work/life balance. They expect a lot from their employees, but provide lots of support and are very receptive to new ideas and ways of doing things. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

      Cons

      The company could do a better job of kreping remote employees in the loop. There have been some changes recently in where different functions are being performed, which has resulted in some layoffs at company headquarters, but it seems like all companies in this field are having changes/layoffs/reorgs. However, I'm impressed with how the changes and layoffs are handled - management is very open about what is happening and why, which is very different than how my previous company handled it.
