Supported, but not controlled by the Danaher umbrella. Danaher don't appear to want Moldev to change their ways, they just want to support them where it's needed in order to get the most out of the business. They provide their employees with everything that's needed to successfully fulfil their roles. Training, salary and benefits all good. Customer care is #1. Happily holding their own against other life science giants. Happy I took the job here.

Cons

I would like to see more of a singularity with benefits when it comes to other companies under the umbrella e.g. same pension percentage throughout the umbrella. But not many cons if any that I've seen so far.
