      Pretty good for a while, until Danaher took over and drove all the good people out.

      Pros

      Wide varieties of products and technologies. Lots of learning opportunities if you have the time and resources. Convenient office location.

      Cons

      Management treats employees poorly. They have the mentality that everyone is replaceable. Bad communications. Unreasonable policies deployed universally without considering whether they really apply in specific situations.

      Danaher brought impressive tools to improve the profitability of the business.

      Cons

      Very few talents in R&D due to lack of growth and strategy for the last 3 years. Very little money to accomplish goals. Teams laid-off after project completion have taken the moral to its lowest point.
