Pros

Small, easy to get to know the people. MolDev leveraged the Danaher Business System models to great internal improvements since the acquisition

Cons

The various functions are very siloed and don't communicate or work well together. All emphasis is on making sure your metric spreadsheets don't have red cells in them.

Pros

Danaher brought impressive tools to improve the profitability of the business.

Cons

Very few talents in R&D due to lack of growth and strategy for the last 3 years. Very little money to accomplish goals. Teams laid-off after project completion have taken the moral to its lowest point.
