Pros

Utilisation of the DBS (Danaher Business System) provides a lot of support for development of business processes. The company ethics seem to be good and are reinforced. Pay and bonus structure is pretty good.

Cons

Molecular Devices completed a buyout of the original organoid manufacturing company - Cellesce. There have been quite a lot teething issues in getting to grips with the processes implemented by the American company MolDev. It is Molecular Devices' first acquisition as opposed to acquisition by Danaher itself (MolDev's parent company) so there may have been some issues due to it being the first time. Molecular Devices specialise in making reproducible devices so translating processes to a biological product is tricky due to the natural variation working with biology.
