      The company does value its employees and wants to try to reward good performances by the people doing the work

      Cons

      There is a gap in communication within the company as the messages that come from senior management do not always get put into action by lower-level management

      I've met some really nice people and made a couple of life long friends, but that's it.

      Cons

      If you are an independent thinker with an opinion and a brain, this place ISN'T for you. If you are a "yes" person and all you care about is coming to work and hiding, this place is for you. You either follow along with the brain washing that they try to instill in you, under the guise of the "Molina culture", or else you are in trouble. It's the Molina way or the highway. If you are a friend of Mario or John Molina, you are protected. If you're not, beware. They have hired so many of their friends, and if you cross one of those people, you are done for. Best advice, look elsewhere. I am.
