      Started as an agent on the phones and made it to Supervisor. Molina does recognize talent and provides training opportunities.

      Cons

      Compensation on the lower end of the scale. Management and senior leaders had virtually no interaction with front line staff.

      100% Remote Great leadership team

      Cons

      Pays significantly less than market value with extremely thin staffing. One of the most profitable Health Insurance companies in the country but that does not trickle down to employees. Expensive medical benefits. No bonuses.
