I worked at Molly Maid for 10 yrs. My employer listed off all the assets I bring to the company. Then fired me! I was shocked & devastated!! I don't think they know what they did to me but I guess they don't care. It has ruined my life! His reason for firing me was pretty lame. Said they can't find anyone to work with me. Well, who's the boss, the employees or the owner. ? I had a lot of customers that only wanted me to clean their house, because of my thoroughness. So what is more important, the customers or the misfit employees? . Well I guess the employees. To me that is not the way to run a business. But what I think it all boils down to is Age Discrimination. I hope this company goes down the tubes fast! When I was there every week they had many permanent cancels none were the houses I cleaned. But all of the others deserve to work there because of course, they are young. Who cares if they just want to go fast with no thought to quality. The hours there are 8Am to 5 PM! But I guess the employees changed it to 8AM- Noon! The " I have got to get home" syndrome. Well as long as their happy. What ever reason they had for firing me was definitely WRONG!!!!
