Pros
Weekly pay. Friendly environment. Company cars. Good pay for the job that you're doing, as long as you are doing the job correctly.
Cons
The only con I have ever had is not knowing exactly what time I'll be off everyday, and sometimes you're going into houses that the office has no idea what it looks like inside , and sometimes doesn't seem like the work you put in is appreciated.
