Pros

Lots a flexibility with the schedule and time you put in. Very accommodating in terms of schedule.

Cons

All about sales. I worked for them twice. The first time I quit after a manager asked me to send her a picture to see how sick i was. She’d call late to discuss the days performance. And ultimately was extremely pushy….just like their sales practices. It’s all about pressuring either the client or employee —-for a part time job and $10/hr. The 2nd time around it improved, but still not great unless you just need a little extra money.
