      Secure workplace with mutual respect in most teams. Generally they are open to move to other roles / functions. Peers and Managers across functions are approachable. Reasonable work load and opportunities to learn.

      Cons

      Business is generally dynamic with ups and downs every 3 years. Recent ownership change with Industrial group - seems positive. we should see. Sometimes, too much pressure from US organisation for process without understanding ground reality.
