      I work with some good people. Not all.

      Cons

      Local HR is a joke. Not good people. Pay is substandard, we make much less than other plants in the valley. We have a lot of hazardous materials. Retirement just a contribution to a 401k that Momentive controls. Health insurance cost is unreasonable and pays way to little on claims (out of pocket cost is painful).
