      Pros

      Great group of people. Open communications. Asks for advise on "best practices".

      Cons

      If you are not located in Waterford, you do not receive as many resources. Many/most of the "top leaders" are from the GE era and still think of the company as the same.

      Pros

      A company filled with nice, smart, hardworking people. The care taken with providing protection against COVID was extremely admirable - 5 layers of protection was engrained in the workforce, and led to low volume impacts around the globe. New leadership has been vocal about their willingness to spend to (re)invest in the employees.

      Cons

      A bit slow to act, which is a bit ironic, since there's always a push to get stuff done quickly. The Company has been through some hard times, but never gives up - excited to see things turning around and the willingness to invest in the business and its employees.
