      Pros

      New senior leadership is strategic and financial results are positive. Site Leaders care about people and safety. They work well with their HR partners. Committed HR professionals trying their best in difficult circumstances

      Cons

      The HR organization has spent 2 years working on restructures while doing their day to day job, but the financial rewards go only to the business people. Senior leadership does not show appreciation. HR representation for HR is MIA. The HR organization is very stressed.

      Great group of people. Open communications. Asks for advise on "best practices".

      Cons

      If you are not located in Waterford, you do not receive as many resources. Many/most of the "top leaders" are from the GE era and still think of the company as the same.
