      Pros

      Great team to work with, lots of cross functional collaboration. Great work/life balance...all positions don't offer the same flexibilities, but where available management works with you to get that balance. Very family oriented.

      Cons

      Sometimes decisions are made with short term outlook rather than long term approach.
