I am really pleased with all the benefits they offer, I think these are the most attractive part of working at Momentive.

Cons

Very low develpment plans, there are many thing they can improve, some of their personnel is not as qualified as their roles require.

Nice coworkers. Cannot list too many pros within the company. Good benefits package with health, vision, dental and 401k.

Cons

Changes in management were constant- every other year it seemed.With constant Mgmt changes, knowing your individual role in the company can be confusing at times.

Plant culture is family like. Employees have long tenure. Depending on position, pay is equitable. Exempts still not getting 401k match.

Cons

Managements view of Machavellian view of themselves and employees. Private Equity (Apollo) ownership (cash not profits b/c profits = taxes).
