The technical knowledge and focus on innovation within MPM is world class. The people that work here are very intelligent and a fun group to work with. The company has a vision for the future and an action plan to execute on that so you feel like you are working for a company that is built for the long haul and will continue to provide opportunities for growth as an employee.

Cons

Very process oriented which is great but can also cause costly delays.

Working with some awesome hardworking people.

Cons

Not having a union or anyone to talk to for help with problems from management. HR is totally useless, does not have people skills, tries to make you feel incompetent. More work is demanded while pay is being taken away. Job threats if you accidentally do an SAP incorrectly. It's feels more like working in a concentration camp now then it used to. Nothing to look forward to except how close am I now to loosing my job.
