      Working / Choosing a best place to work it's not only going to keep you satisfied, but it can boost your career as well. Momentive (GE Silicon) a great company is usually defined by its culture, having that name on your resume will undoubtedly enhance your brand.

      Lots of opportunity for EHS

      Pros

      Company supports EHS better than most companies. They have been very willing to provide resources for projects and improvements for safety.

      Cons

      There has been a lot of fluctuation which has made it hard to focus. Corporate EHS is still very top down. I happen to prefer a framework corporate program rather than prescriptive programs.
