      So many years of low expectations mean that it's difficult for people to believe that we could be an outstanding company if we took missed deliveries or quality issues more seriously.

      It is a multinational company with sites around the world so you have the possibility of international business exposure.

      Cons

      After Chapter 11, it is without clear strategic direction coming from senior management besides "make the numbers". Very short term focused. Micro-management and control is the way to operate at Momentive.
