Pros

Momentive offers good compensation compared to other companies in the industry. Since company has facilities all over the world, it is really international. You have many opportunities to meet with people from different cultures.

Cons

Although there are some good & competent managers, most of them are self-obsessed. Environment in the company is very chaotic and because of continuous restructuring, there is no company culture. Structures of Hexion & Momentive do not fit to each other, but they still try to convert MPM to MSC

Middle management confused by the changing directives from the top. Conflicting KPI of various departments result in customer neglect.
