Pros
Community Brands is a software solutions company comprised of several smaller companies that have been acquired over the past couple of years. This means that many of the smaller companies and teams now have access to a lot more support and resources. This is a fast passed and ever changing work environment. I am pleased with the seemingly unlimited options for carrier growth, and look forward to continuing with CB.
Cons
CB is currently in a transition and pulling all of the companies together to follow common practices and to use common systems. Because of this, it can feel like there are still communication gaps and a lot of room for improvement when it comes to benefits and shared tools. This is all something that is common in any merger. If you are looking for a company with growth potential and to be part of building a positive employee culture from the grown up, this is the company for you!
