      Great place to work in Southeastern CT!

      Pros

      This part of CT has very few places to work in a tech environment, so finding a position here is really special if that is what you are looking for. The office is modern, people are amazing, and paid time off is a plus. The commission that is made on sales is more than I have received in other sales roles and much more consistent. Company provides warm and cold leads, so you don't have to work find potential customers. You also get to learn a lot about associations and the vertical you sell into. Before working here, I did not know anything about either. Snacks and coffee are provided!

      Cons

      It is a sales role, so you do have pressure to hit activity and goals. But it is not as much pressure, as other sales jobs.

      Good people. Company lacks direction

      Good people. Interesting work. Unlimited PTO. Great location

      Company seems to be constantly trying to find its direction. Lots of cost cutting in the last year or two.

      Thanks for your feedback! I love the Minneapolis location, it is full of talented, passionate people. As we make the office open and available for meetings this summer, I am committed to talking in smaller groups about our company direction. We have had a lot of great investment this year, and discussed our growth strategies by brand but its hard to collaborate and get input remotely.       Inept, vicious, ego-centric management

      Pros

      Friendly, knowledgeable co-workers and very nice customers

      Cons

      Leadership is inexperienced and struggling. The message changes ever few months. It's like 1984: if it doesn't make the leadership team look good, it didn't happen. Leadership team hasn't been with the company long but ego makes it impossible to teach them anything.
