Pros

Most staff are very nice and really care about what they are doing.

Cons

Job duties not well defined, too much on ones plate. No work life balance. Benefits are not great, unlimited PTO but can never take it. Care about bottom line more than staff. Overall stress load is high, not enough resources to service customers well.

I think i know what team you were on and largely I agree with what you have said. Hopefully when you next check in with your old colleagues they will tell you that we are listening and things are changing for the better. We have some great people in middle mamagement and they needed more support and for their voice to be heard. We have heard them loud and clear and we are doing what is long overdue to equip that team to succeed. SC, COO

Terrible communication between teams Can be difficult if not familiar or have little experience within the Education sector Pay is not generous

We work hard on communication and recognize we have many opportuntites to improve and we will keep trying. I am hoping we all see the benefit of improved communication when we have the opportunity to return to the office and interact face to face rather than Zoom SC, COO

CEO is very transparent and is driving the company towards success. Fast paced organization with great growth both in revenues and investing in employees. Open PTO policy, days off for volunteering and competitive salaries and benefits
