Extremely understaffed, unrealistic expectations. Abysmal 401k matching. Zero bonuses. Absolutely zero incentive to stay.

You've seen a lot of change over the last year, including a lot of budget discipline and that has paid off in a lot of healthy ways that you should be seeing. Some of the delays in backfilling were worrying me too and we've added a lot to the recruiting resources both for backfills and for added staff. In theory, they want the companies they have bought to continually functioning as before. You might get lucky as a result.

Cons

Shockingly disorganized, but loves micromanagement. As a result, your pay gets slashed and workload increases, but the automation to make up for it never runs as intended.

A pro is that I don’t work there anymore

Cons

One of the worst jobs I ever had. The managers in the k-12 department are not very well educated. I have know idea how they became managers. Many other negative things to say about this company but I don’t even care enough to get Into it. Just don’t work here, run, you can do better.
