I am sorry to hear you didn't have a great experience with Community Brands and would love the opportunity to learn more. As a new leader in the organization I certainly don't want our employees to feel this way about our company and would love to get in to the details to understand how we can improve. SC, COO

Pros

pay can be great WFH

Cons

Pay and Opportunities based on the "seat" you are assigned, not merit, skill, education or anything that would show comprehension of what we do - the best of the best here do not make the most $, and are often used for underperforming areas of the business Luck of the draw for the partner you assigned to "sell" for, some are multi million dollar some are 1 dollar no reviews no increase in pay w/o a "target on your back" no explanation of promotions of peers - some opportunities not posted little to no product support micro managed - daily KPIs ok but pay deductions for not hitting not ok macro managed - key decisions around KPIs and pay scales made on the sales team as a whole, not individualized, even including underperforming reps WHF home ok for some not for all

Thank you for your feedback. Our goal is make sure every media sales rep is a position where he or she can be successful. Because every sales rep’s portfolio of products is different (based on the customer portfolio he or she sells on behalf of) we understand that some sales portfolios have more potential than others. For this reason, our shared KPI targets for the sales team include activity numbers in addition to sales numbers. They are designed to help ensure, and also provide transparency into, the impact of similar levels of effort, among different team members, selling different products. It sounds like it isn't working that way for you and I'd like to learn more. We’re proud that many of our original media sales team members, who began with us nearly a decade ago, remain with us today and I'd like to speak further and understand your experience. Pros

Open PTO policy and ability to work from home

Cons

No Career growth, Equity backed with primary focus on cost control and no intention of developing products. The same generic products are sold by multiple teams under different brands names with unique value or position.

Thank you for your feedback. We truly appreciate it. I am glad that you have valued the PTO policy and flexible work arrangement, especially over this past year. I can understand how it can be difficult to see career opportunities across our multiple, distinct organizations. We have a project right now to make it easier and faster to find openings. We've been talking about the need to share more of the great work of our engineering teams that continue to evolve our products. We have over 430 people in product and engineering. We'll make sure you have more visibility to their work. The HR Team
