      Good place to start as a first step if you lack experience. They like to take inexperience individuals because they are cheaper. Some advancement opportunities

      Cons

      Constantly looking for ways to pay people less. Leadership is pretty bad. Bad ideas. Bad people management. Lack innovative or creative ideas.

We also enjoy celebrating our internal promotions and advancements during our quarterly town hall organization meetings. Similar to other organizations wages are impacted by performance and career advancements.

      If the project is from the R&D department, then the company is very good. Friendly Team Members A lot of fun activities Monthly awards

      Higher management is not good.
