Pros
Being a QA engineer, the most exciting fact about this company is about making your hands dirty into different cross-functional skills. If you are interested in software development or DevOps or automation testing and have adequate knowledge in these fields then there is no one to stop you from trying it. People in my team are supportive and encourage to take up different tasks other than your work and you get to learn a lot! I have experience of 6+ years but I found this company to be more beneficial to my career and building up my skills.
Cons
Yes, the office space might be small compared to the huge service-based industries. But I never found it as something to be complaining about. There is no dedicated cafeteria inside the office but we work in the IT park where we have a lot more options within the campus.
