Hybrid Setup, it used to be a great company before 2023 and before good leaders left. T'was kind of shocking.

Cons

It became increasingly toxic, with poor management and an unhealthy environment. You can only grow if you get close to people with roles and not for your tenure or skill.

There are some wonderful people that work there.

Cons

Made so lean, there is minimal scope to nurture and retain talent. Without talent, revenue is harder to increase and ARR more difficult to retain.
