      Pros

      I've been with the company for a short while and it's been challenging - initially due to exec level management changes, and then due to the COVID crisis. But through this all I am happy to see that the new exec's are leading from the front, and making a lot of improvements in the company. I'm loving the Pune office as it has built a strong culture and good employee practices over many years. The management is good, the colleagues are great, and there is a lot of opportunity. And we seem to be navigating the COVID crisis pretty well (relatively of course).

      Cons

      Highly matrixed structure, combined with some rapid changes in senior management have made effective communication challenging.

      Pros

      Treated like person not just an employee!The office environment is fun, collaborative and filled with ideas. I have met some of the talented people here during my tenure. Aptify/ Community Brands has given me the opportunity for both lateral and upward career development and growth. There are endless opportunities to explore and advance your career if you have the patience and determination.

      Cons

      Many tech companies merged into one solid Organization. Highly Matrixed and that can seem like a challenge to be successful which demands great navigation, collaboration skills. If that doesn't sound appealing to you then this can be taken as a con.

      The Netforum Enterprise team was the best team I have ever been part of.
