      Terrible communication between teams Can be difficult if not familiar or have little experience within the Education sector Pay is not generous

      I am pleased you enjoyed the work life balance while working for us and i am sorry we havent got the communication right. We work hard on communication and recognize we have many opportuntites to improve and we will keep trying. I am hoping we all see the benefit of improved communication when we have the opportunity to return to the office and interact face to face rather than Zoom SC, COO

      Pros

      Being a QA engineer, the most exciting fact about this company is about making your hands dirty into different cross-functional skills. If you are interested in software development or DevOps or automation testing and have adequate knowledge in these fields then there is no one to stop you from trying it. People in my team are supportive and encourage to take up different tasks other than your work and you get to learn a lot! I have experience of 6+ years but I found this company to be more beneficial to my career and building up my skills.

      Cons

      Yes, the office space might be small compared to the huge service-based industries. But I never found it as something to be complaining about. There is no dedicated cafeteria inside the office but we work in the IT park where we have a lot more options within the campus.
