      Bonding among lower level employees within smaller sectors

      Cons

      No communication from upper management, slashing benefits, no incentive for professional development. They will work you until you are dead, underpay you for it, and then suck the blood from your body.

      Good benefits, unlimited ppto, generous sick time, great coworkers - mostly

      Cons

      Red tape, no transparency from upper management, buys small companies and dumps employees like it’s nothing. Long time and pre acquisition customers are let down time and time again because community brands management takes 2 months to provide answer and direction.
