Pros
The culture and work/life balance is great! From day one I've really enjoyed working with all my various co-workers across different departments. There's also a lot of opportunity to make a difference and contribute quickly to business growth. With that opportunity, it's easy to find ways to develop and grow your professional and personal skills.
Cons
Because so many smaller companies came together as one in a short amount of time, there is often a lack of fully flushed out processes and systems that makes things somewhat chaotic at time. Progress is made daily, however, to create and fine-tune processes to help the business growth and operate more efficiently.
