      Pros

      Remote work, great people to work with on your team and immediate supervisors/managers

      Cons

      Corporate machine that ran the company into the ground. Shady business done by VPs and higher ups. Mass layoffs with no warning or plan in place and expected those who were left to pick up the pieces while the VP took a vacation the very next day. Absolutely zero possibility of a raise outside of your 1% yearly increase, even though the work of multiple positions falls on you and even expect you to cross train on other brands without being compensated.

      Bonding among lower level employees within smaller sectors

      Cons

      No communication from upper management, slashing benefits, no incentive for professional development. They will work you until you are dead, underpay you for it, and then suck the blood from your body.

      Work from home flexibility.

      Cons

      Outdated technology. Lack of investment. No structure or process or discipline. Strategy appears to be cannibalize from other acquired products and not bother to support current products or figure out the hard problems and customer needs. Direction changes ever other week. Reorgs without vision and setting up the employees to fail. Presumption that customers are stuck with their products and will never leave is a fatal flaw.
