      Godawful company going down the tubes

      Coworkers. Flexibility. That's it, everything else is awful.

      Cons

      Benefits are slashed monthly, including 401ks yesterday. No raises. No bonuses. Senior management is clueless about the market we work in and pushes strategic goals that don't make any sense. Revenue is steadily dropping, many products are unable to attract new clients because of poor strategic direction.

      It used to be a great place

      Cons

      Executives play favorites terribly, regardless of work or merit. Long time employees were fired and taken to cars. It was a bloodbath and it wasn't the last time it happened. If you like being paid very little, never knowing when the next round of layoffs is coming, and not getting ahead because you aren't besties with the right people- this is the perfect place!
