      Pros

      Working in the UK, the business has a great supportive work culture. Everyone goes the extra mile to help one another with a good work life balance

      Cons

      Based in the city centre so parking is limited

      Pros

      In theory, they want the companies they have bought to continually functioning as before. You might get lucky as a result.

      Cons

      Shockingly disorganized, but loves micromanagement. As a result, your pay gets slashed and workload increases, but the automation to make up for it never runs as intended.

      Pros

      The best place to showcase the skillset and learn more from the teammates. You get the best code base with proper learning and training. I can say that anyone who likes to do work in an Agile team with proper way of coding should definitely join Community Brands.

      Cons

      No Cons as such. Just keep doing the good work and stay motivated.
