      The boots in the ground individuals are great

      Cons

      Executive level leadership doesn’t care about the employees who are actually doing all the work at all. Completely out of touch with reality and don’t care if you are working yourself to the bone.

      Pros

      Great benefits, vacation policy is flexible and fair. The company sets the intention for people first which I love. We get asked often about how we can help our customers and each other win. Wonderful mission. Fast growing company with great leadership. They are constantly looking for ways to get better. We learn and grow together and are offered opportunities to learn new things.

      Cons

      Because of the tremendous growth we have a lot of new people in roles. Not a con but rather an opportunity to grow together and be patient with each other as we get up to speed.

      there are some seriously great, talented people throughout the company

      the entire company is at a standstill while the corner office looks through file folders for secrets from the archives
