      Pros

      Work Life Balance Some Management is really good Interesting challenges with passionate people There has been some recent investment made to product and marketing

      Cons

      Execs have made some poor hires as of late (in management roles), resulting in higher turnover. It is a LARGE group of private equity purchases, do your research if you have never worked for PE owned company before. It is not a con in of itself, but the decisions that seem to stem from this type of ownership, can be. Constant strategy changes. You can get paid more elsewhere.

      You are right that there's a different feel with a PE-backed company and that there is good and bad with that. I also completely agree with your advice.       A pro is that I don’t work there anymore

      Cons

      One of the worst jobs I ever had. The managers in the k-12 department are not very well educated. I have know idea how they became managers. Many other negative things to say about this company but I don’t even care enough to get Into it. Just don’t work here, run, you can do better.

      Pros

      Enjoyed the clients. Remote work available. Worked with very smart people. Most people worked very hard.

      Cons

      ZERO training or onboarding. Left to find out things on my own by bothering people until I got an answer. All that mattered to management was billing hours, not customer or employee satisfaction. Constantly buying other companies then having layoffs. CB is a very disorganized company and nothing was shared with staff about the game plan. Favoritism that protected incompetent employees and got hardworking people laid off. Very expensive benefits.
