      Pros

      Lots of knowledgeable people who will know how to answer your questions about the software. Those knowledgeable people are also eager to help and teach new hires. Everyone is always friendly, cordial and understanding.

      Cons

      As costs of living are increasing continuously, there has been no communication on pay increases or even the process of pay increases occur, if at all.

      The ever changing executive management bring in long term policy that only lasts until the next executive takes their place. there is no long term goals put in place that last.
