Poor leadership, worst decision ever to join this organization. Disorganized and unable to get things accomplished because of the useless steps that needed to be taken to make a sale.

The pay and commission structure. Laid back office. Free snacks and coffee

After my first year, management hired only friends and family. Most barely worked, and took insanely long lunches, and were given advancement. The Sales Manager ALWAYS took credit for work he didn't do (and was verbally PROUD of said fact). To constantly exceed quota, even in the beginning of the pandemic lockdown, and be the first let go, while ALL friend and family employees (INCLUDING those that consistently underperformed WHEN they worked) kept their position was the biggest slap in the face
