      Pros

      Hybrid Setup, it used to be a great company before 2023 and before good leaders left. T'was kind of shocking.

      Cons

      It became increasingly toxic, with poor management and an unhealthy environment. You can only grow if you get close to people with roles and not for your tenure or skill.
