Most of the employees are lovely people, up to and including middle management

Cons

C level is a mess, questionable how much value any of them adds. Re-orgs every 6 months. Endless stream of acquisitions that make no sense with the existing postfolio.

What I enjoy most about Community Brands are the employees & customers. There is such a big difference in your experience when you truly align with your organization's mission. The collaboration and partnership across functions and divisions demonstrates the commitment we have to keep doing good.

Cons

Sharepoint. I really dislike utilizing Sharepoint.
