Cons

Limited growth. It’s a solid spot for a quick career start or tune up, but due to the nature of the company’s owners/investors it’s tough to see yourself there for the long term.

Pros

Interviewing and hiring process was smooth, professional, and courteous. Everyone from HR to IT to my group has been pleasant to work with. Fully remote, unlimited PTO, promote work/life balance and mean it.

Cons

Other benefits like insurance are okay but not great.
