      Pros

      Working with multiple clients was fun and introduced me to a lot of different industries. “Unlimited” PTO

      Cons

      no design team, so you’ll end up working long hours and having too many clients simultaneously, while also doing internal projects. no branching out to any of the portfolio companies, and if you do it’s short lived . no opportunities for growth.
